Premier League giants Tottenham are assessing Manor Solomon to see if he may be out for the long term.
The 24-year-old, who signed in the summer after an impressive loan spell at Fulham, has a knee injury.
Per the Evening Standard, Solomon suffered the blow during a training session.
The club is sending him for tests and that will determine the full scale of the problem.
Attackers James Maddison and Heung-min Son also have knocks, while Brennan Johnson is a doubt for the next game.
Manager Ange Postecoglou is also without Ivan Perisic, Rodrigo Bentancur, Bryan Gil and Giovani Lo Celso.
